Job Location : Chennai / Bangalore (work from office) Experience : 6 - 14Years. Education Qualification : Any Degree . Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive and expand our Banking, Non-Banking Financial Company, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) vertical business. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 14 years of direct sales experience, with a strong track record of success in building and growing business relationships within the NBFC and BFSI sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, fostering new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue and growth targets. The Senior Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales strategy for these key business verticals while leading a high-performing sales team. . Key Job Functions Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the NBFC and BFSI verticals to meet and exceed business objectives and revenue targets. New Business Development : Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the NBFC and BFSI sectors. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers within financial institutions, banks, NBFC, insurance companies, and related businesses. Account Management : Take ownership of key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions, managing the sales lifecycle, and ensuring the timely delivery of services. Market Analysis : Continuously assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust the sales approach and identify new opportunities for business growth. Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and expectations. Sales Reporting & Forecasting : Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and forecasts to senior management. Provide actionable insights based on sales data. Contract Negotiation & Closing : Lead the negotiation process, drafting proposals, and closing deals in alignment with the company's objectives. Skills & Qualifications: Experience : 10-12 years of direct sales experience in the NBFC and BFSI sectors with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the banking, financial services, insurance, and new business development landscapes, including emerging trends in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance understanding and market dynamics. Technology Knowledge : Good understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. Relationship Building : Strong ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders. Sales Expertise : Expertise in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and high-level negotiations. Experience with both inbound and outbound sales strategies. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives and stakeholders. Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for business growth. Preferred Attributes: Experience in managing large, complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure. Strong network within the BFSI ecosystem, including contacts in banking, NBFC, insurance, and financial institutions. Ability to understand and communicate complex financial products and services effectively. Proven ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
