Collaborate with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals. Manage multiple recruitment priorities efficiently. Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract qualified professionals. Must Have Naukri Experience (Hands-on). Should have experience in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling. Should have good Communication. End-to-end recruitment Should have experience in contract staffing. Experience: 1+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a demonstrated history of successful niche IT hiring. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets. Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
