Dear Candidate, One of our Leading IT SAAS based product clients is looking for Technical Recruiter (Domestic) on contract basis. Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Product Hiring) Exp.: 5- 9 Years Location: Hyderabad or Remote Mode of hire: Contract for 1 Year and to be extend based on company need. Notice period: Immediate Skills: Relevant Experience should be in IT Product hiring from Product companies only. Skills &; Requirements: • Bachelors degree. • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required • 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience with 3+ years of recent experience in cloud-based software recruiting for software product companies. • Experience working with global teams and companies is strongly preferred. • Well-versed with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools • Highly organized, self-starter, with strong time management skills • Exceptional listener and collaborator with a demonstrated ability to create positive working relationships • Strong customer orientation with an ability and drive to provide best-in-class hiring team and candidate experiences • Must be tech-savvy; G-Suite, Mac, and Greenhouse ATS experience a strong plus.
