Job Description

Responsibility : Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines. Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target. Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production, Develop operational and planning strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. Arranging, repairing and maintaining tools. Troubleshooting and solving technical problems Utilization of manpower accurately. Organizing daily work at shop floor. Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor. Analysis of daily tool consumption and generation of production reports. Ensured proper housekeeping and coordinating with workers. Record preparation of tool history coordinating with purchase, planning, stores, tool room. Preserving discipline according to safety rules. Development of operator through multi-skill. Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to HR Executive immediately. Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities. Provides training and guidance to plant workers to accomplish production goals. Stay updated with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes. Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability. Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions, Aid in budget preparation and monitor expenses and profitability. Requisite Skills : Industrial awareness, operational research knowledge, problem-solving skills, Team working and handling skills, relevant technical knowledge, good leadership skills.
