Position: Project Head / Project Controller Location: Ambarnath Company Payroll: Leading real estate developer We are seeking a seasoned Project Head/Project Controller with exceptional leadership abilities and a strategic mindset to lead the prestigious real estate projects while simultaneously overseeing critical corporate-level functions related to project financials and CRM. Key Responsibilities: Lead and drive the successful execution of the Project from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary guidelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved effectively. Implement robust monitoring systems to track progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. Oversee project financials at the corporate level, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. Ensure seamless Client Relationship Management (CRM) by maintaining strong communication channels with stakeholders and ensuring their requirements are met efficiently. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing financial performance and enhancing client satisfaction. Candidate Profile: Educational Qualification: BE - Civil Experience: Minimum 20 years in the construction industry with a proven track record of handling large-scale real estate projects. Project Management Expertise: Must have substantial experience as a Project Manager in real estate, showcasing successful project delivery from inception to completion. Financial Acumen: Proficient understanding of Construction Finance is essential, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and reporting. Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams, collaborate effectively, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
