Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial sector and expertise in handling multiple financial products, including Loans and Liabilities. The role requires a proactive approach in managing Personal Loans, Business Loans, Credit Cards, Savings Accounts, and Fixed deposits, ensuring excellent customer service and business growth. Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify potential customers and generate leads for loan products and liability accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate products. • Product Handling & Sales Promote and sell loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Credit Cards. Manage liabilities, including Savings Accounts and Fixed Deposits, ensuring customer retention. Achieve assigned sales targets for both loan and liability products. • Market Analysis & Reporting Keep track of market trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies. Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
