Relationship Officer-DD West Bengal and Assam Location: west Bengal, Bihar & North east CTC: upto 3.5 LPA Role & Responsibilities: Participate in training sessions to gain a deep understanding of the companys products and services. Shadow experienced sales team members to learn effective sales techniques and strategies. Assist in identifying and qualifying potential clients through market research. Learn to build and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction. Attend sales meetings and contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions. Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive support. Preferred Candidate Profile: Recent graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply. Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus but not mandatory.
