Experience: 7-12years Job Location and work mode: Pune/Bangalore, Hybrid Job Description: Proficient in SAP POS. Should have worked on SAP IS Retail implementation and support projects. Ability to successfully design, configure and deploy Retail functionality to deliver a successful solution for the client. SAP POSDM Proven SAP Retail on S4 HANA implementation experience of minimum 8-10 years. Must have worked on SAP POS Lite ( SAP customer check out) SAP POSDM experience min 6-7 years. Expert in SAP POSDM, PIPE , POS interface design. Expert in configuration development and support of end-to-end POS integration inbound and outbound. Configuration in ALE, inbound / outbound IDOC monitoring and troubleshooting. Should be expert in end to end SAP Retail functionalities. Should be expert in skills such as Stock allocation, Site master, POS transactions handling, Assortment / listing. Expert in handling store operations, POS integration pricing procedure design. Should have in depth knowledge of Assortments, Allocation table, Retail promotions, merchandise distribution, cross docking and flow through scenarios in retail. Expert in SAP POS S4 HANA integrations. SAP POSDM / CAR Implementation / transformation to S4 HANA along with end to end steps. Exposure to master and application data migration during cut over. Integration Should have exposure to design of complex interfaces with various legacy systems. Should be expert in EDI / IDOC handling. Should have worked on workflows. Integration options with Stores. Added Advantage if having below skills CDS Extensions Implementation project experience for S/4 HANA Worked on APIs, Sub-Sub/ Cloud storage integration projects. Roles & Responsibilities Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle Requirement gathering and preparation of all the required documentation for the implementation project. End to end testing of newly developed scenarios. Configure and development of IS Retail on S4 HANA related functionalities. Develop various integration interfaces with different legacy systems. Data migration from legacy systems. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Strong problem solving and analytical skills
