We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on customization and integration. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality ServiceNow applications that meet business needs. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements. Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to improve functionality and user experience. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications as needed. Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow instances. Develop and maintain ServiceNow documentation, including design, architecture, and configuration documents. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new features and enhancements. Provide technical support and training to users of the ServiceNow platform. Skills and Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and workflow development. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog. Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM processes. Familiarity with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards. Understanding of ITIL best practices and frameworks. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
