We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sourcing Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent to support the hiring needs of the organization. Youll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines for current and future roles Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and create targeted sourcing strategies. Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify potential candidates. Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates to assess interest, availability, and fit. Maintain and update candidate pipelines and sourcing trackers regularly. Engage passive candidates and nurture relationships for long-term opportunities. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt communication and professionalism. Track sourcing metrics (e.g., conversion rates, time to source) and provide regular reports to recruiters. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 12 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong research skills and ability to identify talent using multiple channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools. Self-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously
