Experience: 4+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a demonstrated history of successful niche IT hiring. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets. Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade candidates.
