The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills , with experience in telesales for loan products . Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calling (30%) Make daily outbound sales calls with a 70% connect rate . Follow up on disbursals, KYC, and pending documents . Assist borrowers with Quick Eligibility Checks (QECs) . Funnel Improvement (50%) Drive Counselling to QEC and ensure document submission for higher loan conversions . Optimize borrower movement across different funnel stages . Process & Quality Adherence (10%) Maintain 90% adherence to telesales quality standards. Use an effective sales pitch and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) (10%) Deliver exceptional customer experience , ensuring a CSAT score of 4.5 (90%) . Address borrower queries positively to improve survey feedback.
