Hiring Trainees - Production / Quality / Manufactory Industry

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist in production line operations and achieve daily targets. Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or issues. Conduct basic quality checks during production to ensure adherence to standards. Support Quality Control team in inspection and testing of finished goods. Identify and report any product defects or process deviations. Assist in maintaining production and quality records accurately. Support preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness on the shop floor. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations. Willing to work in rotational shifts (Day/Night) as per production schedules Preferred candidate profile Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Any degree. (Freshers) Gender : Male Only Rotaional Shift Physically fit and ready to work in shop floor environments. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
