Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Professional to manage and oversee all HR functions at our Dahej manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and industrial relations.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Compliance:Manage the end-to-end HR activities for the plant, including payroll processing, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.).Ensure adherence to all labor laws, safety norms, and company policies.Recruitment & Workforce Management:Handle recruitment and onboarding of blue-collar and white-collar employees.Manage contractor workforce, attendance, and manpower planning.Employee Engagement & Training:Drive employee welfare programs, grievance handling, and retention strategies.Conduct training & development initiatives for skill enhancement.Industrial Relations & Labor Management:Maintain harmonious industrial relations and coordinate with labor unions (if applicable).Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.HR Documentation & Reporting:Maintain employee records, HR MIS reports, and compliance documentation.Prepare reports related to attrition, attendance, and workforce trends.Qualifications & Skills:MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.5-7 years of experience in plant HR roles, preferably in the rigid plastic packaging or manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act, compliance, and payroll management.Experience in blue-collar workforce management.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
