Roles and Responsibilities Operate hobbing machines to produce gears according to specifications. Ensure accurate cutting of teeth on the gears using various tools and fixtures. Monitor machine performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and meet quality standards. Desired Candidate Profile 3-7 years of experience in gear hobbing or related field (gear manufacturing). Diploma holder in Mechanical from a recognized institution. Proficiency in operating CNC machines, conventional machines, and other machinery used in gear production. Strong understanding of gear design principles, including pitch, profile, and tooth geometry.
