Key Responsibility for the Plant HR Profile 1. Statuary Compliances (At Plant level) • Maintain and follow all applicable laws under various act like under Factories act, Shop and Establishment Act, ESI, EPF, Pollution etc. • Submission and renewal of various certificates, permissions, and approvals applicable under various applicable laws and acts before 3 days from the actual due date. • Ensure any kind of audit (internal/external) under applicable laws. 2. Administrative Controls • Complete ownership of Plant Administration including Security, Safety, EHS, Visitor Management, Contractual Manpower, Employee Disciplines, Shift Management, Canteen Service, and Best utilization of provided services to employees. • Cost control measurement with assurance of best utilization of resources. • Maintain & develop healthy relations with local authorities. 3. Data Management (at Plant level) • Ownership of HR ERP system / ESS. • Ensure timely, correct, valid, and high-quality data inputs into ERP and another system (excel, ESS) from the HR prospect's point of view. • Ensure timely, correct, and valid periodic HR MIS submission by 7th of every month to Corporate HR. • Other ad hoc reports for senior & top management as and when required for decisionmaking. 4. T&D: From time to time conduct training programs at the plant level for Staff & Workmen as per job skill matrix. 5. PMS: Establishment of mechanism / system to review the performance of plant employees. 6. On priority: • Only from Manufacturing experience. • Minimum 5 years of experience to handle manpower of 800-1000, with multilocation setup. • After joining candidate must stay near to plant location. • Age preference: In between 40-45 Years.
