We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to lead our hospitality operations, sales, and marketing efforts across our restaurants and banquet facilities. As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Hospitality Operations, Sales, and Marketing, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring seamless operations across our hospitality vertical. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to uplift our brand, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer experiences. Role & responsibilities 1. Sales: • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our restaurants and banquet facilities. • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, including the Field Sales and Marketing Manager. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and expand our customer base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, event planners, and industry partners. 2. Brand Upliftment and Marketing: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and customer loyalty. • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to align brand messaging and campaigns. • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand upliftment. 3. Hospitality Operations: • Oversee hospitality operations, including restaurant and banquet services, to ensure high-quality customer experiences. • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. • Collaborate with the Corporate Chef and Corporate Manager to ensure alignment and effective execution of operational strategies. 4. Team Leadership and Development: • Lead and mentor a team of hospitality professionals, including sales, marketing, and operations teams. • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity within the team. Preferred candidate profile • 8-12 years of experience in hospitality operations, sales, and marketing, preferably within the restaurant and banquet industry. • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and leading high-performing teams. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of brand management, market analysis, sales strategy development, and hospitality operations. • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
