Job Description

Role Objective To drive national awareness, engagement, and advocacy for RadarOpus software by building strong PR relationships with homeopaths, representing the brand at seminars/webinars, and positioning the software as the gold standard in clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Brand Representation & PR Be the public spokesperson and brand face for RadarOpus in India. Build credibility within the homeopathic community by networking with practitioners, educators, and institutions. Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, medical colleges, and webinars. Seminar & Event Management Conduct seminars and workshops on the use of RadarOpus. Collaborate with leading homeopaths and organize speaker panels or demos. Travel to key cities to host or participate in regional events and exhibitions. Fraternity Engagement Create deep, trust-based relationships with influential doctors across regions. Support the onboarding of new users and act as a liaison between users and the company. Be the go-to expert who can demo and advocate the software in clinical and academic settings. Content & Thought Leadership Create or curate high-quality content for digital promotion: case presentations, testimonials, video snippets, and software tutorials. Participate in panel discussions or podcasts as a guest speaker. Lead Generation Support Generate qualified leads through field activities, event participation, and personal network. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert outreach into actual sales. Key Requirements BHMS (required), preferably with 1–5 years of practice or industry exposure. Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi (other languages a plus). Passionate about technology, medical software, and digital transformation in homeopathy. Energetic, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively. Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand in public/media spaces. What’s in it for You?
