Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HORECA Sales Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HORECA) segment by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts for our FMCG product range. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new HORECA clients (hotels, restaurants, caterers, cafés). Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Execute B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Promote product awareness, placement, and visibility at client locations. Conduct regular client visits and resolve any issues related to delivery or service. Track sales metrics and report performance regularly to the Sales Manager. Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions and sampling activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HORECA sales within the FMCG sector. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools. Willingness to travel locally within Mumbai.
