Job Description

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have a strong network of existing contacts with key corporate clients & purchase managers in MNCs, Hospitals, Corporates, IT Firms, Premium Retail Chains, Bars & Restaurants, Hotels, Hospitals. The candidate must have a proven track record of successfully opening new key accounts and driving business expansion across multiple sales channels, including retail, HORECA, and corporate sales, for bulk quantities in the designated Locations (Chennai, Bangalore). Strong network and established relationships with corporates, in B2B, HORECA, retail, or institutional sales, preferably in the drinking water, beverages or FMCG sector. Demonstrated ability to open and grow key accounts in competitive markets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore, Chennai, and other target cities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and acquire new key accounts, driving revenue growth and establishing long-term partnerships. Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the premium packaged drinking water business across Bangalore/ Chennai in retail, HoReCa and Corporate Segments. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Meet and exceed sales targets for bulk drinking water supply, ensuring consistent business development across designated regions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to stakeholders.
