As a Senior Experience Cloud Developer - Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, you are a client-facing practitioner focused on the technical and functional track, responsible for leading the technology implementation on transformative Salesforce engagements. In this role you will use your analytical and technical skills to provide objective advice and expertise, guiding clients in their Sales, Service and/or Experience transformation journey. The Finance function at Horizontal is looking for a hands-on Accountant to join and make a meaningful impact to the department. This role reports to the Global Financial Controller and will be a key contributor to handle the day-to-day accounting needs for our EMEA region offices (UAE, KSA, UK). What you ll do: Bank Transactions & Reconciliation: Post journal entries on the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with bank statements. Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Month-End Closing & Financial Reporting: Process prepaid expenses, provisions, and accrual entries for accurate financial closing. Assist in preparing financial statements and month-end reports. Accounts Receivable (A/R) & Accounts Payable (A/P): Process customer invoices, collections, and payments while ensuring accurate records. Handle supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances. Fixed Assets Management: Maintain an accurate fixed asset register and track acquisitions, disposals, and movements. Calculate and post depreciation entries in compliance with accounting standards. Audit & Compliance Support: Assist with external and internal audits by preparing required financial data and reports. As the primary point of contact for all clients, they receive tickets from clients, identify issues, analyze them, and assign them to the Infrastructure & Application team. What you ll do: Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Desk) As part of the 24*7 support team, you will be working in different shifts to support customers. Maintain JIRA projects, advanced custom workflows, and permissions. Create comprehensive JIRA workflows, permission schemes, and notification schemes. Work with business users to evaluate JIRA and Confluence plug-ins, determine licensing needs, and perform testing, installation, and configuration of the plug-ins. Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs.
