Work Location: Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad https://g.co/kgs/4EiMgu Positio n Summary: As a Horticulturist specializing in site execution and maintenance, your role at Heartyculture Natural Products LLP will be pivotal in responsible for the planning, execution, and maintenance of landscape projects. This role requires a blend of horticultural knowledge, project management skills, and a keen eye for design. Responsibilities: For Project Execution: Interpret and implement landscape design plans. Supervise soil preparation, including testing, amending, and grading. Oversee the installation of irrigation and drainage systems. Select and place plants according to design specifications. Manage the installation of hardscape elements (e.g., pathways, patios, retaining walls). Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Supervise laborers to ensure project adherence to plans. Monitor quality of work and materials. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Manage project budgets and track expenses. Address issues or challenges during project execution. For Project Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to assess plant health and landscape conditions. Oversee watering, fertilizing, pruning, and weeding of plants. Ensure proper mulching and soil management practices. Maintain irrigation systems and repair any malfunctioning components. Monitor for pests and diseases and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies. Inspect and maintain hardscape elements. Plan and execute seasonal tasks (e.g., planting annuals, seasonal pruning, winterizing plants). Maintain regular communication with clients regarding landscape status. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, plant health, and issues addressed. Qualifications Degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in landscape horticulture or a similar role. Strong knowledge of plant species, horticultural practices, and landscape design. Proficient in irrigation system installation and maintenance. Experience with hardscape installation and maintenance. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver s license and reliable transportation. Certification from a recognized horticultural or landscape organization. Experience with sustainable landscaping practices. Knowledge of local plant species and climate considerations. Qualifications: For Fresher: Degree or diploma in Horticulture or related field. Passion for hands-on work and willingness to learn. Basic understanding of plant care and maintenance. For Experienced Candidates: Proven experience in horticulture, preferably in site execution and maintenance. Strong knowledge of plant biology, soil management, and landscape design.
