The Role: As a Patient Experience Coordinator at SalubriousCare, you are the dedicated, non-clinical advocate and logistical expert for our high-net-worth clients during their hospital stays. You will be their consistent point of contact, ensuring their comfort, managing non-medical details, and facilitating clear communication between the patient, their family, and hospital staff. This role is crucial in delivering the white-glove service our clients expect and deserve. Key Responsibilities: Dedicated Patient Liaison: Serve as the primary, non-clinical contact for our clients and their families within the hospital, anticipating and addressing the ir needs.Seaml ess Logistical Coordination: Mana ge all non-medical aspects of the hospital stay, including appointment schedules, room preferences, visitor coordination, and dietary requirements.Comfo rt & Support: Prov ide compassionate emotional support, assist with personal comfort needs (e.g., fetching items, adjusting surroundings), and maintain a calm, reassuring environment.Facil itate Communication: Ensu re clear and accurate relay of non-medical information and messages between the client, family, and hospital personnel.Disch arge Assistance: Coor dinate all practical aspects of discharge, including transportation, pharmacy needs, and initial follow-up arrangements.Uphol d Discretion: Main tain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion for our discerning clientele. What We Are Looking For: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in high-end customer service, luxury hospitality, private client management, or a similar role focused on affluent individuals. Exceptional interpersonal skills, polished communication, and a strong sense of empathy. Proactive problem-solver with meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to navigate hospital environments efficiently while maintaining client-focused poise. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential; proficiency in Marathi is a significant advantage. This is a strictly non-clinical role; no medical background is required or expected.
