Position Overview: This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and build relationships within the hospital sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in hospital sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth within hospitals.2. Identify and target key hospital accounts and decision-makers, including procurement departments, medical staff, and hospital administrators.3. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote and support our nutraceutical products.4. Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and educational seminars to hospital staff and decision-makers.5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the hospital sector.6. Provide feedback and insights on product development and market needs to guide the company's strategy.7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.8. Building a Sales plan for the segment and leading transversal implementation to ensure deliverables are met 9. Working with R&D to develop proof of concept criteria for products10. Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions. 11. Define the segment marketing and promotional plan 12. Work with the team to create growth plans for strategic customers 13. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, packaging, and service changes; 14. Special projects as assigned. Location - Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana & AP, Kerala
