Job Description

Customer Service: Providing friendly and efficient service to guests or patients. Answering inquiries, taking orders, and addressing concerns. Serving food and beverages. Operational Support: Assisting with setup and cleanup of dining areas, guest rooms, or other service areas. Handling transactions and processing payments. Maintaining stock levels and restocking supplies. Hygiene and Maintenance: Ensuring cleanliness and organization of work areas. Performing basic cleaning tasks. Maintaining linen and equipment. Administrative Tasks: Completing paperwork and recording information. Managing reservations or bookings. Specific to Healthcare Settings: Providing support to patients or residents. Assisting with personal care tasks. Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
