About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Oversee the operations at knowledge center 2. Ensure excellent guest experiences while maintaining business efficiency 3. Ensure high standards of customer service 4. Supervise and train front-line staff such as receptionists, concierge, or service personnel 5. Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure high team performance 6. Lead by example in delivering outstanding service 7. Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, or maintenance teams to meet guest needs 8. Oversee the procurement of supplies and equipment wherever possible 9. Act as a liaison between guests and various departments 10. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations 11. Maintain stock levels and manage vendor relationships Requirements: Skilled in guest service management.
