Desired Candidate Profile: Any Graduate with min. 3 years of experience in same field. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills. Responsibilities: Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of hostel students, including during times of emergencies Supervise daily routines, including study hours, meals, and recreational activities Address students' concerns and maintain a positive hostel atmosphere Coordinate with school authorities, parents, and staff for smooth functioning Maintain hostel records and enforce University policies Should be willing to stay in campus Job Location: - The Neotia University, Jhinger Pole, Diamond Harbour Road, Sarisha, West Bengal 743368 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Diamond Harbour, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Application Question(s): What is your current salary?
