Chandigarh University , Uttar Pradesh Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostel Warden based in Lucknow. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of hostel residents, maintaining discipline, managing hostel staff, overseeing hostel operations, and ensuring a clean and secure living environment. Additional duties include addressing resident concerns, enforcing hostel rules, coordinating with university administration, and organizing activities for residents. Qualifications Experience in hostel or residential facility management Strong leadership and staff management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with safety and security protocols Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in education or a similar field is a plus Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred Show more Show less
