Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to manage and optimize our CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM systems like Zoho, HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, implementing automation workflows, and driving engagement through marketing and sales modules. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):CRM Management:Manage and maintain the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Create, update, and manage workflows, pipelines, sequences, and automation.Ensure seamless integration of CRM with other tools or platforms (e.g., website forms, webinar tools).2. Campaign Management and Optimization:Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies.Track, report, and analyze performance metrics related to leads, conversions, campaigns, and overall CRM effectiveness.Regularly clean, segment, and enrich contact and company data in the CRM.3. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Support the setup and monitoring of lead scoring systems and contact lifecycle stages.Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reporting for internal teams.Provide actionable insights to improve CRM processes and performance.4.
