Role & responsibilities Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests Making dining and other arrangements as required for the family and guests by understanding their preferences, allergies, likes, dislikes etc. Meet & Greet guests and taking care of their needs Have a thorough understanding of all spirits and specialty foods in stock Communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for the family. Run errands for family when necessary. Assist in planning and managing events or dinners. Overseeing the smooth running of hosted events, parties, and dinners. Performing all duties and obligations with decorum, tact, and unwavering professionalism. Coordinating the maintenance and preservation of the artworks, antiques, and silverware. Remain well-groomed at all times. Prior experience as a butler in either the hospitality or catering/event planning industry or as a domestic butler Strong interpersonal communication skills Experience as a domestic Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry Ability to adapt to a fluid environment Commitment to a high level of customer service Strict attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Hotel Management with 6 to 7 years of Experience in hotel industry/Residence. Knowledge of food and wine pairings is a plus. Looking for full time Butler only (24 hrs). Will provide the accommodation.
