Role & responsibilities Maintain cleanliness in office areas, including reception, meeting rooms, and common spaces. Dusting, mopping, sanitizing office premises regularly. Ensure restrooms are and stocked with necessary supplies. Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors. Manage pantry stock ensure the availability of refreshments. Assist in setting up rooms and ensuring a tidy workspace. Dispose of trash and waste management practices are followed. Key Skills & Competencies Knowledge of housekeeping and hygiene standards. Ability to serve refreshments in a professional manner. Polite and service-oriented attitude. Basic communication skills. Fluency in Malayalam is required, while knowledge of English, Hindi, and Tamil is an added advantage. Punctual and well-groomed.
