Staff Supervision and Management: Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage. Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance. Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback. Address staff concerns and resolve conflicts. Room and Public Area Inspection: Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Identify and report maintenance issues to the appropriate department. Ensure rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies. Monitor and maintain cleanliness of linen and laundry areas. Inventory and Supply Management: Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities. Place orders for supplies as needed. Ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company housekeeping standards and procedures. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and monitor quality control measures. Handle guest complaints and resolve housekeeping issues promptly. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities.
