Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: ABAP Development for SAP HCM Develop and enhance ABAP programs for SAP HCM, including custom RICEF objects . Utilize BAPIs, BADIs, user exits, and CDS Views for custom solutions and system integration . Build and optimize workflows, Fiori applications, and ESS/MSS functionalities . Develop and optimize Smart Forms for HR processes. System Testing & Performance Tuning Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure efficiency in HCM processes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM ABAP solutions. Documentation & Compliance Document technical designs , ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards . Required Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Minimum 7 years of SAP HCM ABAP experience. Strong expertise in ABAP development, HCM schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), and infotypes . Technical Skills: Proficiency in S/4HANA tools like CDS Views, AMDP, and SAP Gateway . Experience with Fiori/UI5 and integration with SuccessFactors (preferred). Strong knowledge of ESS/MSS functionalities in SAP HCM. Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
