Job Description

Recruitment and Onboarding - Collaborate with teams to define staffing needs, manage end-to-end recruitment, Conduct interviews, screenings, and facilitate candidate selection and ensure smooth onboarding. Employee Relations and Engagement - Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, including team-building events and recognition programs. Act as a bridge between employees and management, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment. People Processes Adherence - Maintain HR records and manage documentation, Offer guidance to employees and management on HR-related matters, and Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies. Administrative Support - Provide general administrative support to the HR & admin departments.
