The HR Administrator provides administrative support to the HR department, assisting with employee records, recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records. Assist with recruitment, including job postings and scheduling interviews. Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters. Assist with training, onboarding, and employee relations. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR or related field preferred. Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
