Roles and Responsibilities Manage attendance, leave, payroll processing, statutory compliance, contract labour management for the organization. Ensure accurate and timely recording of employee data and maintain confidentiality. Coordinate with various departments to resolve issues related to employee benefits and services. Provide support in canteen management activities as required. Maintain records of employee performance appraisals, training programs, and other relevant documents. Desired Candidate Profile 7-10 years of experience in HR Administration or a related field. MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (HR specialization). Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) with knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage.
