Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Administration Officer to manage and oversee all HR and administrative functions within our engineering project-based organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth business functioning. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives. Manage end-to-end recruitment process Oversee employee relations, handle grievances, and foster a positive work environment. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Conduct performance appraisals and provide recommendations for employee development. Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills. Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll processing, and statutory compliance (EPF, ESI, etc.). Administration: Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all administrative activities. Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees as required. Monitor office supplies and procurement processes. Ensure workplace safety and compliance with industry standards. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Experience in an engineering or project-based company is preferred. Qualifications: Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in the engineering or project-based industry.
