Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis : Collect, organize, and analyze HR data, including employee demographics, performance metrics, turnover rates, and compensation. Reporting : Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards to provide leadership with actionable insights on workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and other key HR metrics. HR Metrics and KPIs : Track and measure key HR metrics (e.g., employee turnover, hiring rates, time to hire, diversity metrics) and provide recommendations based on data. Workforce Planning : Assist in workforce planning by analyzing current staffing levels, projecting future needs, and supporting strategic talent acquisition and retention efforts. Employee Surveys and Feedback : Support the design, distribution, and analysis of employee surveys (e.g., engagement surveys, satisfaction surveys) to identify areas for improvement. Compensation and Benefits Analysis : Conduct analyses on compensation and benefits trends, and provide recommendations to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices. HR System Management : Maintain and update HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting. Process Improvement : Identify inefficiencies in HR processes and propose data-driven solutions to improve HR operations and employee satisfaction. Compliance : Assist with compliance reporting related to labor laws, equal opportunity regulations, and other HR compliance requirements. Collaboration : Work closely with HR business partners, managers, and other departments to provide insights that inform HR strategies and decision-making. Training & Development Support : Support the analysis of training and development programs by evaluating program effectiveness and identifying training needs across the organization. Requirements: Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience : Proven experience as an HR Analyst, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR-related role, with a focus on data analysis and reporting. Technical Skills : Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP). Strong knowledge of Excel or other data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with HR analytics software and systems for tracking performance and HR metrics. Knowledge of labor laws, compensation trends, and HR best practices. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze complex data, generate insights, and present findings in a clear and actionable way. Soft Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with HR team members, managers, and leadership. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data. Preferred Qualifications: HR certifications are a plus. Experience with advanced data analysis tools or statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS). Experience in working with employee engagement tools and surveys. Knowledge of workforce planning and talent management strategies
