Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding. Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards. Provide administrative support to senior management by handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars. Ensure seamless communication among team members through email writing and ticket booking. Coordinate office maintenance tasks such as facility management, housekeeping services, and vendor relations. Desired Candidate Profile 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (Recruitment & Staffing). MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or relevant discipline. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders.
