Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Manage performance appraisal processes and employee evaluations. Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws. Administer payroll, compensation, and benefits programs. Organize training and development programs for employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee office administration, including procurement of office supplies and equipment. Manage office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficiency. Maintain records, contracts, and official documentation. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events for the organization. Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers. Ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment. Manage facility maintenance and oversee security arrangements.
