Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding. Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee office administration, including procurement of office supplies and equipment. Manage office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficiency. Maintain records, contracts, and official documentation. Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events for the organization. Liaise with external vendors, government agencies, and service providers. Ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment. Manage facility maintenance and oversee security arrangements.
