Job Overview: We are seeking an HR Assistant (Site Level) to oversee HR and administrative functions at the site. This role involves managing workforce operations, site permits, vehicle documentation, labor compliance, and site administration to ensure smooth site functioning. Key Responsibilities: HR & Workforce Management: Handle onboarding and accommodation arrangements for new employees. Maintain employee records , attendance tracking, and payroll inputs. Address labor issues, grievances, and conflict resolution at the site. Compliance & Permits: Ensure all necessary site permits & work permits are in place. Manage vehicle permits, fitness certificates, pollution checks, and tax renewals . Coordinate with contractors for compliance with labor laws (BOWC, CLRA, ESIC, EPF, WC, etc.) . Attendance Management: Monitor biometric attendance & daily labor records . Site Administration & Facility Management: Oversee cleaning, housekeeping, asset monitoring, and updates to the head office . Manage mess & guest house operations , ensuring proper food supply and accommodation. Plan and execute site resource management efficiently. Vehicle & Transport Management: Monitor company/site vehicles , ensure timely servicing, and coordinate with vendors. Manage fuel usage, vehicle movement tracking, and driver schedules. Other HR & Compliance Operations: Support site audits, inspections, and compliance documentation . Ensure smooth coordination with head office & contractors . Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Management, or a related field. 4-6 years of HR & administrative experience Proficiency in attendance systems, Team Handling and compliance laws . Strong knowledge of site administration, labor laws, and permits . Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills . Ability to work independently & handle site-level HR challenges .
