Job Description: Championing Joining, exit formalities including background verification and FNF settlements. Ensuring the data of all employees Making timely SOPs for the organisation. Managing payroll activities on monthly basis Managing strong and effective relationship with Hiring agency Co-ordination with administrative team for laptop, phones, travel and other office assets Getting End to end Recruitment (Self sourcing & through consultancies), screening cv well before it goes to interviewer. Ensuring smooth process for interview Tie up with various colleges and hostels for campus placement Planning and executing employee engagement activities well Problem solving and quick turnaround time of all activities Allocating work to juniors from time to time Various other responsibilities which would be given from time to time. Main objective is to build bridge between management and HR executives and other team members. Sourcing and Screening Guidelines - Excellent written & oral communications skills. Should be able to write emails and make job descriptions individually. Recruitment Experience is mandatory Previously worked with CA firm, would be an added advantage Should have worked with agencies to source candidates Candidates willing to travel to office on daily basis Need female candidates with good communication skills would be preferred. Should be pro-active and positive approach towards work and execute well Immediate joiners would be given priority
