Role & responsibilities Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive organizational culture by fostering effective communication and resolving workplace issues. Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and helping implement action plans. Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance management processes. Help manage the performance review cycle and provide feedback to both managers and employees. Assist in setting up training programs for skill development and performance improvement. Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs. Ensure the accuracy of payroll information and resolve any payroll-related issues. Maintain employee records related to benefits, including leaves, insurance, and retirement plans. HR Policies & Compliance: Assist in ensuring that HR practices comply with relevant local, state, and federal labor laws. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Help maintain proper documentation of employee files and ensure compliance with record-keeping standards. Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for employee development and mandatory training compliance. Maintain training records and track employees' participation in relevant courses. Identify opportunities for improving staff knowledge and skill levels.
