Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions. Conduct reference checks and verify candidate documents for employment eligibility. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations during the entire recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in HR or related field (preferably in Educational institute). MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations from a reputed institution. Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas effectively. Strong convincing power to negotiate salaries and benefits with candidates.
