Air Arabia is looking for HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Serve as a strategic partner to the business and provide guidance on HR issues related to talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR programs that align with the company's values and goals. Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, performance management, and career development. Partner with talent acquisition to ensure the recruitment and retention of top talent and support the onboarding of new employees. Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs and support the development of annual performance and compensation reviews. Work with management to identify and develop training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and support business objectives. Lead and support change management initiatives and provide guidance on organizational design and development. Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data privacy and security. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
