🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Act as a strategic partner to business units for all HR initiatives • Design and execute Performance Management Systems (PMS) • Identify training needs, develop TNA, and drive Training & Development programs • Support the implementation of HR strategies that enhance business performance • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and workforce planning • Ensure compliance with HR policies, audits, and process improvements 🔸 Mandatory Requirements: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRBP or core HR roles • Hands-on experience in PMS, Training & Development, and Strategic HR • Previous experience in corporate environments or as an HR consultant is mandatory • Graduation with HR specialization is compulsory • MBA in HR is preferred Show more Show less
