Key Exposure Areas: Hands-on experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance management. Experience in driving HR initiatives aligned with business strategy. Exposure to HR analytics, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in managing employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management. Preferred Experience: Working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Supporting HR transformation, culture-building initiatives, or organizational change. Managing a workforce of 300-1000 employees in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidate Must possess: Strong Communication Skills Proactive & Solution-Oriented Strategic & Analytical Thinking Collaboration &Relationship Building Integrity &Fairness Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masters Degree (Preferred) MBA or PGDM in HR, Organizational Development, or a related discipline Additional: Change management/Leadership Development certifications
