Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Delhi. The HRBP will be responsible for driving HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring competency development, delivering complete trainings, and supporting unbiased evaluations. This role is crucial in developing strong business partnerships, supporting recruitment efforts, and analyzing HR metrics to contribute to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to understand their business goals and develop HR strategies to support these objectives. Training and Development: Identify training needs and design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and ensure performance evaluations are conducted fairly and unbiased way. Implementing the KRA/KPIs and other systems. Competency Development: Identify key competencies required for various roles within the organization. Develop and implement competency frameworks and models to enhance employee performance and professional growth. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach to policies and procedures. Support Recruitment: Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, attracting top talent that fits the company culture and values. HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement. Organization Culture and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Lead initiatives to enhance company culture. • Additional Duties: Assist the MD & CEO with HR-related functions and other duties as assigned. Manage and handle the company's social media sites related to HR activities Qualifications and Skills: • Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. • Minimum 4-7 years of experience in HR. • In-depth knowledge of HR functions • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Willing to travel to Sri City factory and other branches
