Role & responsibilities Responsible to manage end-to-end HR activities for the business units, the incumbent is aligned to Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Facilitates skip meetings/ AHMs/ any other communication forums Partners/ facilitates with business on important initiatives like performance appraisals, promotions, salary revisions, etc. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation Preferred candidate profile Minimum Experience of 10 years Relevant experience into HRBP End to End Employee Life Cycle Management Location- Baner, Pune
