The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of with strong experience in labour law compliance, grievance handling, and implementation of HR policies at the corporate level. Key Requirements: - In-depth knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance - Hands-on experience in grievance redressal and employee relations - Ability to develop, update, and implement core HR policies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Minimum 2+ years of relevant HR experience (preferably in a corporate setup) Requirements: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) * Ability to work from the office in Rushikonda, Visakhapatnam. 🔹 Your Role: * Manage end-to-end hiring processes * Collaborate with internal teams for hiring needs * Drive onboarding & induction * Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports Be a part of a fast-growing tech company fostering innovation and talent at the core of its growth strategy.
